Luceor presents an offering that brings together WiMesh and HyMesh private networks, local processing and cloud, private cloud and on-premises deployment options. Its focus includes industrial environments, critical infrastructure, defense and public safety.

These options allow different architectures. To choose between them, Wamay suggests starting with the services the operation needs to maintain: personnel communications, video, telemetry or access to applications.

Wamay’s perspective

The first question is what happens when a component fails. A topology with alternative paths can improve resilience, but the outcome depends on design, coverage, available capacity and power supply. Acceptance testing should reproduce relevant failures and check which services remain operational.

The second question is where information travels and where it is stored. Identify what is processed on site, what is sent to external services and who controls administrative access.

The third question concerns sustaining the solution: who monitors the network, how updates are managed and what resources are available to restore service.

A network’s private nature is an architectural choice. Continuity and control over data need to be demonstrated through configuration, procedures and tests aligned with the intended use.
